Cancellation Policy
Reiki Healing Policy To ensure a safe, professional, and harmonious experience for all clients, the following policies outline the structure and expectations of Reiki healing sessions. Booking and Scheduling Appointments: Sessions must be booked in advance through www.soulfireignited.com. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to honor subsequent appointments. Full session fees will apply. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are fully refundable or eligible for rescheduling. Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No-shows are charged the full session fee. During the Session Comfort and Consent: Clients are encouraged to share any preferences or discomfort during the session. Hands-on techniques will only be used with explicit consent. Clothing: Reiki sessions are non-invasive; clients remain fully clothed. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. Confidentiality: All discussions and personal information shared during sessions are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payment methods include most major credit cards. Results and Expectations Reiki is a complementary healing modality and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. While many clients experience profound benefits, individual results may vary. Code of Conduct Respect and professionalism are central to the healing process. Both the client and practitioner are expected to maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere.
