All payments for digital courses, workshops, private sessions, or products are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. If an event or session is canceled by Soul Fire Ignited, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
Payment plans, where offered, must be completed in full. Failure to make payments may result in loss of access to the program.
You acknowledge that your participation in any Soul Fire Ignited program, ritual, or embodiment practice is voluntary. You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being during and after participation.
Our practices are transformational in nature but are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new movement, meditation, or healing practice—especially if you have preexisting conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries.
The information and practices shared through Soul Fire Ignited are intended for educational and spiritual purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, healing results, or personal transformations.
By participating, you understand that all results are based on your own commitment, energy, and integration of the teachings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Fire Ignited, its founder Ayanna, and all facilitators, assistants, and collaborators shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses (physical, emotional, or financial) that occur as a result of:
Participation in workshops, dance practices, rituals, or retreats
Use or misuse of oils, herbal blends, or other ritual tools
Following advice or exercises provided through our digital or live programs
You agree to release Soul Fire Ignited and its representatives from all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in any of our offerings.
By engaging in any Soul Fire Ignited session, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:
Movement practices such as Kundalini Dance or embodiment rituals
Emotional or energetic releases that may arise during sessions
The use of essential oils, herbs, or ceremonial tools
You affirm that you are in good physical condition and fully capable of participating. You release and hold harmless Soul Fire Ignited and its facilitators from any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, known or unknown, that may result.
Your personal information, including contact details and payment data, will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and will never be sold or shared.
We may use your email to send you updates, newsletters, or course information; you can unsubscribe at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
